Move seats, renew updates, and manage Paddle billing
Seats and devices
Each pay-once plan includes a seat count (for example 1 seat on Single, 2 on Personal). Activate only on the allowed number of Macs. Before moving a seat, deactivate the old Mac when that control is available.
Updates after year one
Pay-once licenses include one year of updates. After that, you keep the app version you have forever. Optional renewal for another year of updates will be offered later. Subscriptions receive updates while active.
Paddle customer portal
The account page opens Paddle’s customer portal for billing details, invoices, payment methods, and subscription cancellation.
