A few useful answers
Affiliate program FAQs
What commission will I earn?
Commission rates and eligible periods are reviewed individually. Your approved terms appear in your affiliate account. There is no universal rate or lifetime commission promise.
How are commissions calculated?
Eligible commissions use the purchase amount after discounts and before tax, multiplied by your approved rate. Eligibility also depends on your approved commission period.
When are commissions available?
Commissions have a 30-day hold. Payouts are arranged separately; a commission appearing in the portal does not mean it has already been paid.
How are referrals tracked?
Your approved referral link supports signup attribution. Link request counts can include repeat visits and bots, so they are not the same as unique people or purchases.
What happens if a purchase is refunded?
Refunds and chargebacks can reverse commissions. If an affected commission has already been paid, recovery may be required.
How do I apply?
